Okay it has been
waaaaaay too long since I updated this darn blog!
*sigh*
I don’t know… There’s just been too many projects and assignments going on that I can hardly find the time to blog anymore. Seriously. My other blog (my personal one) was only updated like 3 days ago since the last 2 and a half months and most of my friends have long given up on it. Lol. Well, can’t blame them can I? It’s
beyond dead as Fareza puts it. Hee. But it’s back to life and running now mind you! And so is this one – where my more
‘academic’ and
‘intellectual’ thoughts are trashed down into writing. Hee.
Oh and on top of all that, it has been downright frustrating trying to submit this blog!! Gar…. I’ve tried so many times! Honestly! This thing just won’t work for me. Hmph! This is probably another reason why I don’t see the point in blogging here. Though I know Sir 1B knows my other blog, I scarcely think he would ever visit it since it contains only my
ever-so-personal-drama-life in silly, giddy, blah writing! LOL. It does have a link to this blog though…
*hint* *hint*
Anyways, in this post I want to describe my own beliefs as Dr. 1B tasked us a looooong time ago. I think, like many, I believe in whatever was taught to me by my parents since infancy. So that’s called…what,
inheritance believing? It’s a common thing that many of us tend to overlook. I know we were created brains to think and unleash the truth from the wrongs but many of us just can’t be bothered can we? It’s something we always forgive ourselves for. Including myself. Hee.
Talking in a more religious sense and mature note, Allah SWT created us humans and bestowed us this Earth to rule wisely and care for lovingly. It is this mission that man is made for and this purpose that we continue to walk this planet. Nevertheless, we were not created perfect. Hence, many flaws come with our ‘ruling’ that usually result to
Earth destruction. As time goes by and the human minds develop, the ruling becomes more aggressive and the caring becomes forgotten.
Coming back to the part about my personal beliefs and way of thinking, I feel that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and faith. This has much to do with the individuals upbringing and family background. There aren’t many of those idealistic individuals who often seek beyond what is generally accepted as the truth. Dr.1B I would say is very idealistic and expresses his genuine thoughts confidently. I admire that very much :) In the attempt to provoke critical thinking, he opens our eyes to some of the many wrongs we mistake for right.
Black and white. True and false. That’s all there is in this world. And though it sounds as simple as that, it is often complicated to separate the two.
I believe that in whatever ways we follow and whatever sort of believing we live for, it is
faith that matters in the end. And faith is always associated with religion so whatever religion we follow, follow it wisely. Whatever
doubts that we have,
solve them. Whatever
questions that we have,
answer them. Whatever
curiosity that we have,
satisfy them.
That’s all I think. I hope this hasn’t been pointless reading. Surely something somewhere along those many lines had moved a chord of emotion right? Right? Right?
*Zahirah perasan* Okay I’ll shut up now. Hee.
